Stephanie Martin is the President and Chief Administrative Officer at USfalcon. With over 20 years of leadership experience, Stephanie is responsible for ensuring seamless alignment of corporate strategy and operations to drive growth, innovation, and excellence.
Stephanie previously served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources responsible for talent acquisition, benefit program design and administration, employee relations, performance management, policy development, compliance, quality, and facility security. Prior to joining USfalcon in 2005, she was a key member of the AIG Marketing organizational learning and development team.
She holds a B.A. in Communication from North Carolina State University and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP). She has been recognized by the business community with a Women in Business Award from the Triangle Business Journal, 40 under 40 Leadership Award from the Triangle Business Journal, and a Women Extraordinaire Award from Business Leader Magazine.
Stephanie also serves as a Board Member for the Triangle Liaison Group (TILG). The TILG brings federal contractors together with representatives from the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP), and Veterans’ Employment & Training Services (VETS), and provides educational programs for its members and the federal contractor community.
