USFALCON Awarded ASTRO IDIQ
ASTRO is a 10-year, multiple award IDIQ vehicle managed by GSA’s Federal Systems Integration and Management Center (FedSim). Specifically designed to meet the needs of the warfighter the scope include operations, maintenance, readiness, development, systems integration, support, and research and development for manned, unmanned, and optionally manned systems, robotics, and platforms as well as the services that support those systems, robotics, and platforms.

USfalcon is awarded a contract on the OASIS and OASIS Small Business IDIQ contracts within Pool 4 that provide flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services. The core disciplines/scopes of the contracts include: Program management services, Management consulting services, Logistics services, Engineering services, Scientific services, and Financial services.

USFALCON MERGES WITH RGS, INC.
Effective February 1, 2018, USfalcon merged with RGS Associates, Inc. (RGS), a leading provider of management consulting, human capital management, and information technology services to the Departments of Defense, Navy, Justice, Homeland Security, and numerous other civilian agencies.

USFALCON Awarded SeaPort Next Generation (SeaPort NxG)
Awarded SeaPort Next Generation (SeaPort NxG) Multiple Award Contract (MAC). This contract vehicle is designed to procure services in two broad functional areas – Engineering Support Services and Program Management Support Services – with 29 subcategories between these two functional areas, which span the entire spectrum of mission areas and technical capabilities supported by the Department of the Navy (DON) ordering activities.

USfalcon Awarded Innovation, Integration, and Information Support II (3IS II)
Awarded Innovation, Integration, and Information Support II (3IS II) Contract as part of Gemini Technical Solutions Joint Venture supporting the United States Air Force Warfare Center (USAFWC) at Schriever AFB, CO and other locations across the country in developing new techniques and procedures to apply space-based capabilities to military training exercises, plans and operations. This is a continuation of the work awarded to USfalcon under 3IS I.

The Responsive Strategic Solutions for Services (RS3) contract is a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Performance Based Services Contract that provides customized best value solutions to a diverse group of organizations that span the spectrum of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) mission requirements throughout the world.

SBA APPROVES MENTOR-PROTÉGÉ AGREEMENT WITH MCSG
In December 2015, USfalcon was approved as the Mentor for Mitchell Consulting Services Group, Inc. (MCSG) under a Mentor-Protégé Agreement approved by the Small Business Administration (SBA). In 2016, USfalcon and MCSG formed the Gemini Technical Services JV which was subsequently awarded the 3IS II re-compete in June 2017.

USfalcon (RGS) acquires Cerebral Solutions, Inc. (CSI)
USfalcon (RGS) announces the acquisition of 100% of the outstanding stock of Cerebral Solutions, Inc. (CSI). CSI was founded in 2005. Over the past 5 years, CSI has supported members of the US Intelligence Community with highly cleared specialists to provide cloud computing, data center migration, disaster recovery, network design, software engineering, and database administration services.

USfalcon Awarded OASIS SB Contract
USfalcon is awarded a contract on the GSA 10-year, $60 billion professional services contract known as One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services – Small Business (OASIS SB) within Pool 6. This multiple award IDIQ contract provides flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services for all federal agencies in program management, engineering, logistics and financial services.

USfalcon (RGS) aquires assets of GRA, Inc.
USfalcon (RGS) announces the acquisition of the employment agreements, contracts, and partnerships of GRA (www.grainc.com). GRA is a highly respected provider of human capital management services with a strong track record of helping government agencies address their human resources and organizational improvement needs by providing a wide variety of consulting services as well as off-the-shelf and customized training services.

USfalcon awarded 3IS contract
USfalcon is awarded prime contact for Innovation, Integration and Information Support (3IS) supporting the US Air Force Space Innovation and Development Center (SIDC) which increased the corporate presence in Colorado Springs and expanded capabilities.
2007
USfalcon achieves Microsoft Gold Status and ISO 9001:2000
USfalcon becomes a Microsoft Certified Gold Partner in May and certifies its program management processes under the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2000 Standard in the fall.
2006
S3 Contract Awarded
USfalcon is awarded a Communications Electronics – Life Cycle Management Command (CE-LCMC) Strategic Services Sourcing (S3) IDIQ contract valued at $19.2 Billion which it uses to increase capabilities in core areas and grow revenue. With a large number of veteran employees on staff, USfalcon signs the 5 Star Statement of Support for the Guard and Reserve.
2005
Company name officially changed to USfalcon, Inc.
With the transition to professional services provider completed, the company name is officially changed to USfalcon, Inc. in January 2005 to better brand our dedication to the warfighter and illustrate our capabilities and the corporate headquarters is established in NC. USfalcon wins it first prime contact under the 8(a)-program supporting ASEO. This is quickly followed by an IT-70 prime contract.
2004
Certified as 8(a) company by the Small Business Administration (SBA)
The transition from hardware sales to professional services provider in engineering, security, logistics, personnel security and business operations begins as we win our first major subcontract providing IDM-T support for the US Army in OIF/OEF. USfalcon enters the 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Business Program through the SBA and opens an office in NJ. Highlighted by the SBA as a success story, USfalcon would graduate early in 2011.

MCCI purchased by Pete von Jess
In 2003, 100% ownership in MCCI was acquired by Pete von Jess who serves as USfalcon Chairman on the Board of Advisors today. In support of his vision to transform the company from a Value-Added Reseller of hardware and software to a professional services provider, the company applies for 8(a) status with the Small Business Association.

Company is founded as Mill City Connections, Inc (MCCI)
The company is founded as MCCI in Lowell, MA with a business plan to provide information technology products to Government contractors, universities and commercial clients.
1992
USfalcon (RGS) wins first prime Navy Contract
RGS awarded a prime contract to support the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Submarine Community Research and Development Program (SEA92R). As a relatively small business, RGS managed the entire Navy’s subsurface R&D program to develop advanced submarine technologies. We worked with prime contractors, manufactures and dozens of research institutions to maintain US Navy dominance.
1984
RGS Associates is founded
In 1984, RGS was incorporated in Maryland and began delivering engineering services to the Navy from the founder’s home in Gaithersburg. Early customers included the Trident, Seawolf, and R&D submarine program offices.
