David Jones is the Vice President of Operations Integration at USfalcon. In this capacity he drives USfalcon’s operational, professional service, and continuous improvement strategy, ensuring the highest levels of efficiency and effectiveness across all operational processes and delivery. David is an established professional with strong leadership skills and proven ability to deliver process optimization, continuous improvement, operational excellence, and transformation at macro- and micro-organizational levels within the defense contracting industry. He is an accomplished leader with over 20 years of technical support and program management experience. David joined the company in June 2004 as a Microsoft SharePoint Field Service Representative and deployed 5 times in support of our customers. He was the lead for PdM Tactical Mission Command during the draw down in Iraq before transitioning to the USfalcon Operations management team.

Prior to joining USfalcon, David was a member of the US Army National Guard. He initially served as a Combat Engineer, then transferred his primary Military Occupation School (MOS) to Infantry. David deployed with XVIII ABN CORP and assisted standing up the CJTF-180 in 2002 at Bagram, Afghanistan. He proudly served his country for 10 years with tours of duty in Afghanistan, Kuwait, and Iraq.

David volunteers his time coaching travel and recreational baseball and soccer teams. He has received multiple USfalcon awards and he is a two-time recipient of the USfalcon Employee of the Year Award. His dedicated support and volunteer work on behalf of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention was recognized with the Falcon Service Award in 2019.

He is CompTIA Security + CE and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certified.
