Danielle Esposito is the Chief Operating Officer at USfalcon. She joined USfalcon in 2024 and is responsible for operations, continuity integration, quality assurance, strategic growth and partnerships, proposal development, governance, and ethical commitments. With 25 years in the defense contracting industry traversing sales, operations, corporate governance and compliance, and executive leadership, Danielle brings a breadth of knowledge and experienced leadership. Her understanding of the complex governance and compliance parameters that regulate the industry and her knowledge of operations provide USfalcon with a solutions-oriented business leader.

Prior to joining USfalcon, Danielle was the Chief Operations Officer for Blackwater Worldwide / Xe Services and the Chief Administrative Officer for Sallyport Global Holdings, and most recently the President and Chief Operations Officer of DGCI Corporation.

She has a B.A. in Communications from Virginia Tech and embodies its motto of Ut Prosim (That I May Serve). She is also an active member of the Society of Corporate Compliance and a Certified Ethics and Compliance Professional (CCEP).
