Adam Carrera is the Vice President of Contracts at USfalcon. He joined USfalcon in 2024 and maintains overall contract management responsibilities for the team, analyzing significant and /or unique contract requirements, special provisions, and terms and conditions for compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, and corporate policies and business unit procedures. In addition, he interprets the FAR and DFAR to provide contracting recommendations and ensures contracts are of high quality with detailed business requirements, defined deliverables, and well-defined contract elements to minimize corporate risk.

With over 20 years of experience in government contracting, Adam has extensive experience in contract, subcontract, procurement and government contract administration and reporting, and pricing and proposal support. Adam demonstrates the ability to identify issues and problems and make independent recommendations to technical program managers and executive management.

Prior to joining USfalcon, Adam worked at BAI, Inc. for 22 years reaching the position of Vice President of Contracts.

Adam has a BA in Economics and a BA in International Studies from Old Dominion University and has a Procurement and Government Contracting Certificate from the University of Virginia.
