John Boler is the Corporate Vice President at USfalcon. He previously served as the Operations Director for USfalcon support to US Army Aviation at Fort Eustis, Virginia from 2014 to 2020 and prior to that as a Vice President for the company from 2008 to 2012. John is an experienced leader with more than 35 years of international management practice in the whole range of business management needs including strategic planning & execution, change management, process reengineering, people leadership & management, finance & accounting, and quality assurance.
Before joining USfalcon, John held leadership positions from Production Team Leader to Chief Operating Officer in telecommunications, manufacturing (domestic and international) and overseas defense contracting. John served as an Active Duty Infantry Officer (Airborne Ranger) with assignments at Fort Bragg, in Germany and at the Pentagon. He later served as an Operations Officer for the National Guard including as a peacekeeper in Bosnia.
John holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, a Master of Public Administration from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, and a Master of Business Administration from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
