USfalcon, Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant to support for the Morrisville, NC Headquarters office.

5 years of relevant experience

Duties:

• Month-end closings are handled systematically by the Senior Accountant to include preparation of journal entries (when material and determined to be necessary to accurately reflect the results of the Company).
• Compilation of financial statements – Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Cash Flows.
• Bank statement reconciliation.
• General ledger account reconciliation.
• Must possess a thorough knowledge of GAAP, revenue recognition rules and cost accounting standards.
• Assistance, review and preparation of ad hoc reports required by management. 
• Ability to manage and forecast cash.
• Research of unusual items for explanations.
• Preparation of worksheets to support information in financial statements.
• Preparation and filing of multi-state sales tax returns.
• Other ad hoc reporting as needed.
• Must be experienced in dealing with financial audits and able to organize records in a fashion consistent with the audit requirements of the company.
• Provide support to other staff members by understanding complex accounting issues and answering questions as needed.
• Must be a CPA in good standing.
