USfalcon, Inc. is seeking a Proposal Manager to coordinate all aspects of proposal development and production in Morrisville, NC.

Duties:

The Proposal Manager is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the proposal development and production process, in response to Government and commercial RFPs/RFQs. This includes: analyzing the proposal document preparation and submission instructions; coordinating and facilitating proposal kickoff/status meetings with stakeholders; creating the proposal structure/templates; identifying/managing section leads/authors; developing/managing the proposal development schedule; conducting status meetings as necessary to ensure schedule adherence; integrating author writing inputs into the proposal templates; coordinating submission of RFP questions/concerns to the customer; reviewing and formatting rough draft inputs; managing proposal document version control; coordinating proposal reviews (Pink, Red team); coordinating final proposal documents production and ensuring timely proposal submittal per solicitation instructions. The Proposal Manager is also responsible for leading the development of responses to Sources Sought Notices and Requests for Information (RFI).
