USfalcon, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician/Systems Administrator to provide field support to military operations at Ft. Bliss with deployment to Southwest Asia.
Requirements:
Desired qualifications include experience with the following:
- Windows 2000/2003 server
- SharePoint Portal Server 2003
- SQL 2000/2005
- Active Directory
- Maneuver Control Systems
Preferred qualifications:
Duties:
- Provide Battle Command Common Services technical support.
- Provide Battle Command Common Service system (BCCS) familiarization training.
- Field support personnel shall be certified in the BCCS hardware and software.
- Duties shall also include the development of schedules and classroom configuration, instructor preparation, classroom support, and support documentation updates via peer review / feedback process.
- Trainers must achieve expertise in the functionality and operations of BCCS and be capable of providing limited troubleshooting assistance.
- Provide exercise/deployment support.
- Efforts may include site survey and preparation, equipment setup, software installation, training, technical support/troubleshooting, operators, providing a help desk, failure analysis, and maintaining a web site.
- This support may encompass ABCS integration, IOT&E support for TBC and other BFAs, ATDs, demonstrations, exercises, trade shows, and testing.
