USfalcon, Inc. is seeking a CPA with extensive experience in management and corporate level
business process re-engineering, planning, and organizing. Experience in developing and implementing
sound decision making processes and working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).

Duties:

Strategic Planning, Reporting and Managing Compliance, Successful Management and Integration
of Work Activities.

Manages financial budget and forcast preparation and participates in strategic planning.
- Guides the company into new markets, in part through Mergers & Acquisitions.
Has primary responsibility to ensure company has wherewithal to fund its growth.
Sets policies and procedures to ensure the company complies with all state and federal laws and
- regulations including: Sarbanes Oxley, DCAA, and IRS.
Responsible for the tax liability for the company especially in light of the growing population of
- directly billing employee labor pools.
Coordinate with state tax expert to prepare registration paperwork for new states within which
- USfalcon declares nexus.
Provides oversight of Overhead (OH), General Administrative, (G&A), and Material Handling
- Charge (MHX) rates.
Complete applications with regard to potential new banking relationships to include potential
- covenant review/calculations.
Manages the Bank line of credit Covenants for compliance.
Works with the outside accountant to ensure preparation of Federal and State Taxes are prepared
- and submitted.
