Chief Financial Officer

Relevant Experience: 15+ years of financial management in a Federal or Defense Contractor firm
requirements.

USfalcon, Inc. is seeking a CPA with extensive experience in management and corporate level
business process re-engineering, planning, and organizing. Experience in developing and implementing
sound decision making processes and working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).

Requirements:

  •  Top Secret or ability to attain one.

Duties:

  • Strategic Planning, Reporting and Managing Compliance, Successful Management and Integration
    of Work Activities.
  • Manages financial budget and forcast  preparation and participates in strategic planning.
  • Guides the company into new markets, in part through Mergers & Acquisitions.
  • Has primary responsibility to ensure company has wherewithal to fund its growth.
  • Sets policies and procedures to ensure the company complies with all state and federal laws and
  • regulations including: Sarbanes Oxley, DCAA, and IRS.
  • Responsible for the tax liability for the company especially in light of the growing population of
  • directly billing employee labor pools.
  • Coordinate with state tax expert to prepare registration paperwork for new states within which
  • USfalcon declares nexus.
  • Provides oversight of Overhead (OH), General Administrative, (G&A), and Material Handling
  • Charge (MHX) rates.
  • Complete applications with regard to potential new banking relationships to include potential
  • covenant review/calculations.
  • Manages the Bank line of credit Covenants for compliance.
  • Works with the outside accountant to ensure preparation of Federal and State Taxes are prepared
  • and submitted.
