USfalcon, Inc. is seeking Provisioners (Senior Parts Lister) to provide support for the U.S. Army, Communications-Electronic Command (CECOM) at Fort Monmouth, NJ.

Requirements:

  • Secret Clearance 
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in related field

Duties:

  • Candidates selected will serve as a member of the Logistics Integrated Product Team (IPT) which identifies and documents Source Maintainability Recoverability Code changes and documents provisioning changes on Provisioning Change Cards to reflect all TLM changes as certified in the LORA Analysis.
  • Work closely with the Item Manager for the equipment to facilitate provisioning changes as a result of procurement part number changes, Cage Code Changes, Cost and Cage Code Changes, spare availability and Obsolescence as documented in spares contracts.

Portal Content Manager

USfalcon, Inc. is seeking a Portal Content Manager to perform duties/operations associated with portal development and content management at Alexandria, VA.

Requirements:

  • Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the Army’s Wounded Warrior Program
  • 3-5 years experience

Duties:

  • Must demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of XML, XSLT, SharePoint, and web application development concepts the Microsoft .NET platform to include programming, debugging, and design.
  • Assisting content developers with preparation of content and loading to portal
  • Reviewing and providing recommendations to content developers/support staff for presentation of content in accordance with online best practices and marketing principles
  • Providing assistance and advice on presentation principles to content developers/support staff
  • Working with support staff, stakeholders, creative team, and marketing team to understand stakeholder business and communication objectives to ensure those objectives are achieved through online content presentation
  • Working with marketing team to develop and execute portal strategies
  • Consulting with stakeholders and recommending content structure and content flow based on stakeholder objectives and messaging
  • Providing recommendations for template and design changes that would improve user experience
  • Identifying and monitoring site metrics and working with portal developer to identify reports to be used by staff and stakeholders to improve the site
  • Evaluating impact of changes or additions of content to the portal; provide recommendation on implementation of content projects across portal sections
  • Reviewing and providing recommendation to support staff for promotion messaging
  • Ensuring content development meets style, tone, and site standards
  • Conduct regular one-on-ones support sessions with support staff
